On our table, you find only the best quality products - utilising produce from local farms in the region and from our own organic farm "Grotterhof", where we can always guarantee a high standard of production due to our respect of the animal’s biological rhythms and the use of local fodder without supplements.

Our half board option includes...

• hearty breakfast buffet with local farm produce,
• four-course menu with specialities from Tyrol and international cuisine in the evenings,
• salad buffet,
• buffet with farm products, grill buffet...
• venison & game specialities also with tender lamb from our own organic farm "Grotterhof" (depending on season).
