Our prices include
overnight stay with breakfast buffet with local farm produce from the Stubai Valley and by half board, four-course menu featuring Tyrolean specialities and international cuisine in the evenings, venison & game specialities as well as tender lamb from our own organic farm. Our chef does his best to use products that are locally produced for example direct from the farms situated in the Stubai Valley. We can guarantee a high quality production due to the respect of the animal’s biological rhythms and the use of local fodder without supplements.
Also: large sunny terrace, hotel garden and lawn, cark park direct near the hotel, small rental office of bicycles...

Special rates for our apartments:
- Inclusive of electricity, heating, VAT, bed linen, hand and bath towels.
- Additional costs: final cleaning € 35.00.
- On request: every day cleaning of the apartment for an extra € 11.00 (not including the kitchen).
You can also take breakfast and evening meal in our hotel:
- Extra breakfast € 9.00 per person and day
- Extra half board € 22.00 per person and day or use our every-day “bread delivery service”!

Conditions of Reservation and Payment
- An extra 20% is charged for stays shorter than three days.
- Supplement for a single room: Stay in a double room € 8.00 per day.
- Package offers are always available from Saturday to Saturday.
- Pets are welcome. Extra charge of € 8.00 per day, not including pet food. Please note that pets are not permitted in the dining area.
- In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask for a deposit of € 100.00 per room (no handling fee) to be paid directly in to our bank account 28803; Bank: Raika Fulpmes (bank code 36230), BIC: RZTIAT 22230 IBAN AT 64 36230 000000 28803.
- We do not accept any credit cards.
- It is possible to cancel your booking without incurring a charge if you give us a minimum of four weeks notice before the date that you are due to arrive; if you cancel your booking in the four weeks before your arrival date, we will be obliged to issue an invoice for 80% of the total cost of your stay.
- To ensure that you avoid incurring any unnecessary costs, we would recommend you take out a cancellation insurance.
- Visitor’s tax € 1.00 per day; children under 15 years: free.
- On the day of arrival, your rooms will be available around 2 p.m.
onwards and are reserved for you until 6 p.m. Should you arrive later
than 6 p.m., please inform us either by telephone or email. On the
day of departure, please vacate your room before 10 a.m. (or according
to a previous agreement).
