In our Hotel in the Stubaital we serve only the best products. We give priority to the natural products from the region and our own "Grotterhof" organic farm, where we practise animal husbandry to suit each type of animal and feed our animals only with local feed, without any additives, thus guaranteeing the highest quality.

You culinary well-being is our concern. Therefore we continue to make improvements.

Diet cuisine on request

In December 2011 Anna Mair jun. passed the examination for qualified diet cooks

• A generous breakfast buffet with plenty of home-made delicacies and natural products from the region.
• 4-course menu in the evening with a variety of carefully prepared Tyrolean and international dishes.
• To complement this we recommend an aperitif, a glass of excellent wine and a digestif.

• Salad buffet and various starters made with fresh salad vegetables from Mother's garden (depending on season)
• Game specialities and lamb dishes from our own "Grotterhof" organic farm (depending on season)
• For those suffering from metabolic disease, intolerances (gluten, lactose, fructose etc.), those wishing to lose weight or vegans, Ms Anna Mair is delighted to cook especially for you your own diet menu (extra charge). Please let us know your requirements when you book.
